Who we are

A lobby group with a production agenda

Founded in 2022, Boys DzaMdara (Boyz DzaMudhara) Zimbabwe exists to defend the legacy of the liberation struggle while driving the economic empowerment of every young Zimbabwean. Our name is our heritage, not our limit — the movement is open to young women and men in every chapter. We are not a charity — we are an organised, disciplined lobby for youth inclusion in the commanding heights of the economy.

Our chapters operate in all ten provinces of Zimbabwe and in the diaspora — South Africa, the United Kingdom and the wider SADC region — registering members, incubating businesses and connecting youth to funding, markets and mentorship.

Everything we do is aligned with the Second Republic's national development agenda and Vision 2030: an upper middle-income economy built by the hands of its own people.

National Chairman

Mr. Hopewell Chako

Discipline is the foundation, patriotism is the compass, and production is the mission. Our young women and men must own the mines, the fields and the factories of this nation.

Discipline

A disciplined youth is an unstoppable force. We organise, we register, we show up — in our chapters, our businesses and our communities.

Patriotism

We defend the legacy of the liberation struggle and stand firmly behind the Second Republic's development agenda.

Entrepreneurship in Mining & Agriculture

The wealth of Zimbabwe is under our feet and in our soil. We train and link young women and men to legitimate opportunities in mining and agriculture.

National Productivity

Every chapter is a production unit. Vision 2030 will be built by hands that work — and our youth are ready.
